Minnesota United Loon Patch : 2018

Artist Adam Turman created a 12-by-20 foot mural that was on display at the Bullseye Fan Zone presented by Target at TCF Bank Stadium for Wednesday night’s match began as a sketch before being laid out like a giant paint by numbers. Depicting MNUFC mascot PK Loon in a nighttime wilderness setting with both downtowns and both TCF Bank Stadium and Allianz Field in the background, the mural evokes the North’s picturesque beauty.

As Turman worked, the mural blossomed into a whole mini-campaign with all kinds of collateral elements from T-shirts to patches

Minnesota United - Gaffer Gnome : 2017

Adrian Heath - Gaffer Gnome

In recognition of the fans who have joined the team for its inaugural MLS season, Minnesota United FC is celebrating Fan Appreciation Day presented by Star Tribune for the team’s final regular season home match of the year on Saturday, October 7 when they face Sporting Kansas City. From the snowy home opener against Atlanta United to the team’s first win against Real Salt Lake to a recent string of matches with over 20,000 in attendance (including two sellouts), it’s the fans who have made the atmosphere and match day experience at TCF Bank Stadium the MVP of the Loons’ first MLS campaign.

The Gaffer Gnome package gets fans a ticket to the match and a limited edition Gaffer Gnome in the likeness of MNUFC Head Coach Adrian Heath. Standing seven inches tall, the gnome sports Heath’s standard match day apparel of white shirt and black slacks, plus a pointed hat in Minnesota blue.
