World Cup USA94 - Hard Rock Cafe
I found this button on-line....The Hard Rock Cafe produces pins from each of it's locations all over the world and their pins are highly collected like Olympic and Disney pins. Usually the pins are cloisonne with the occasional celluloid button.
Above is a 1.5inch celluloid button from Orlando, Fla commemorating the World Cup USA94. I have seen a similar button issued from Los Angeles with a blue background, but have not located any others....

Upper Deck produced several sets in commemoration of the 1994 World Cup.
the 1993 World Cup Preview set features many of the US team members, along with 15 US Cup 93 review cards...There were a total of 165 cards in the US market English/Spanish issue.
Other preview sets, 200 base cards) were issued in English/German, Italian/Spanish, all of which focused on the international players with the US players in the mix.
These sets also featured Future Stars, Bora's Select (10 cards) and World Star Holograms (9 cards), Honorary Captains - Reggie Jackson, Joe Montana, Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky.
Future Stars were only placed in special promotion was packs..20 From the Sidelines cards (#145-165) featuring the US team members...
Upper Deck also produced special sets with the same format, 1993 Mastercard Soccer Locker set, US and Mexico boxed sets

This was the first time the World Cup would be decided on penalties. Italian captain Baresi took the first penalty and blazed his penalty over the bar. Brazilian center-back Márcio Santos went next, but Pagliuca saved the Brazilian defender's effort low to his right. Demetrio Albertini went next for Italy, scoring his penalty into the top corner. Romário was next for Brazil, and he scored his penalty, placing it so far in the corner that it went in off the post, tying the score at 1–1. Alberico Evani went third for Italy, he scored, putting his penalty high and in the middle, as Taffarel dove to the right. Branco went next for Brazil, and he scored in the bottom left corner. Massaro, who had scored twice in the Champions League Final less than two months previously, went next for Italy, but he was unable to put the ball in Taffarel's net just as he had been unable to do in the game, as the Brazilian keeper saved to his left. Brazilian captain Dunga was next, and he comfortably placed his shot into the bottom left corner, making it game point. With Italy needing to score to keep their dreams alive, Roberto Baggio stepped up to take the penalty. In what would become an infamous moment in World Cup History, Baggio blazed his penalty over the bar, in similar fashion to Baresi, and this gave Brazil their fourth title
World Cup USA94 - Saudi Arabia v Morocco
I was lucky to attend one game of the World Cup, June 25 at Giants Stadium. It would be the first time in World cup play that an African nation and a Middle East nation played against each other... Saudi Arabia would win the contest 2-1...
From my view the crowd seemed to be largely Moroccan, although flags were flying from every nation possible...Their was excitement in the crowd as the Moroccan fans danced before the game and the Saudi fans danced at the end...Not rooting either team made the game extremely enjoyable and it became easy to feel the excitement of the fans...The music, the dancing, the chanting...I had never experienced anything of this before at a sporting event.
